Larry has over 45 years of experience in the in the field of medical/scientific marketing research. In addition to IVDLogix, he co-founded Market Diagnostics International, where he developed the IVD Insights and IVD Labfile syndicated databases on in vitro diagnostic testing.
Prior to that, he was a senior consultant and co-founder at CaseBauer & Associates, an international business development and research firm exclusively focused on in vitro diagnostics. He has held senior legislative/regulatory affairs and market research positions with Becton Dickinson and Company, AdvaMed, and IQVIA. He is the most recent Past President of the Diagnostics Marketing Association and currently serves on the editorial advisory board of Inside Precision Medicine and the programming advisory board of the Cambridge Healthtech Institute.
Catherine Behrens MD, PhD is a board-certified OB/GYN clinician and clinical scientist. With more than 20 years in clinical practice, she has also applied her research background to the biotech industry. She was a senior director at Roche Molecular Diagnostics serving as the clinical lead for their HPV test which was the first HPV diagnostic to receive FDA approval as the first-line primary screen for cervical cancer in the US. Continuing her commitment to improving women’s health care, she has held consulting positions with Genomic Health, Roche, WHO, and Antiva Biosciences. She has particular expertise in HPV-related diseases, oncology, and the design, execution and data analysis of diagnostic and therapeutic clinical trials.
Isabelle has over 35 years experience in the Pharmaceutical/Medical Device Industry, in companies including Merial Animal Health (now Boerhinger Ingelheim), Sanofi Aventis and Becton Dickinson.
With a Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine, she started her career in animal health, moving to human health after completing her EMBA at IMD in Lausanne.
Isabelle developed a deep understanding of up- and downstream marketing, while working in cross-functional teams including R&D, RA, Market Research, HEOR, market access and public policy, as well as distribution, marketing & sales. She was in charge of business development for established brands as well as several International launches, in the fields of immunology and vaccines, parasiticides, oncology, orthopedics and most recently Infection Prevention in the hospital setting.
Isabelle is fluent in English & French, with a working knowledge of German.
Mark specializes in multi-lingual market research with a proven ability to quickly master complex and highly technical subject matter. He has over 25 years of experience conducting international business-to-business and international development market research projects worldwide. He routinely conducts multi-lingual, face-to-face and telephone/web conference interviewing with senior level IVD respondents in English, French, German, Spanish, Italian and Portuguese.
